Sometimes my classes go through lunch, and sometimes the best way to tackle that is by cooking a potato at 9am and eating it like a burrito in between classes😝😛 This was actually so good and potatoes are one of my favorite foods, especially Japanese sweet potatoes! They’re SO sweet almost like cake👅
I am so grateful to have the opportunity to heal my body. It deserves nourishment and love, and I cannot believe I neglected to do that for so long. I have gained so much mental health back just by having better physical health. My mind was always in an anxious state with my ED, I could never remain calm around food and it was ALWAYS on my mind. Now that I’m working towards a healthy relationship with food I have gained such a good mentality and my mind is finally at ease! I haven’t had any regressions yet so I’m hopeful that I can keep this on track!👊 Enjoy this absolutely beautiful day everyone!💚🌿 #roadtorecovery
